This is aptly captured by our recent CQC report:

The service was caring. People told us that care workers were kind and treated them respectfully. People and their relative’s told us their views were listened to and staff communicated effectively with them. People were supported by a small number of staff, which helped people’s needs and preferences to be understood and acted on.
